ETL ODI TPM

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage endtoend ETL development projects using Oracle Data Integrator
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data integration requirements
• Design and implement ETL solutions to support data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives
• Oversee the performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless data integration
• Develop and maintain ETL project plans schedules and resource allocation
• Provide technical guidance and support to ETL developers and data engineers
• Monitor and evaluate ETL project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and nontechnical teams
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting ETL project delivery
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies during ETL development
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ETL processes and best practices
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of ETL tools and technologies
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for team members and end users
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in ETL and data integration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience leading ETL development projects using Oracle Data Integrator
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in ETL tools and technologies particularly Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Solid background in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
• Problemsolving and analytical abilities to address complex ETL challenges
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple ETL projects simultaneously
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing ETL architecture and data modeling principles
• Familiarity with data governance security and compliance requirements
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor ETL development teams
• Adaptability to evolving ETL technologies and industry trends
• Certifications in ETL tools and project management will be an advantage
• Previous experience in data engineering or database administration is a plus
