Job Description

Overview:

The role of Junior Sales Manager is vital within our organization as it involves supporting the sales team and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The Junior Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team engage with customers and assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide input for improving sales processes
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
  • Assist in preparing sales contracts and quotes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competition
  • Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Participate in sales events and exhibitions
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize activities effectively
  • Customerfocused and resultsoriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
