As a Customer Service Agent your responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone calls with customer queries and providing resolutions.
- Recording case resolutions on client communication via phone email and chat.
- Meeting performance goals.
- Working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Efficiently handling contacts based on response time and issue resolution goals.
- Participating in training sessions as required.
Requirements
To excel in this role you should have:
- Dutch a least C1 and English at least B1
- Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Commitment to meeting performance goals and quality standards.
