Position Overview: As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer at Cloud Inventions Inc. you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing scalable and secure data solutions utilizing Azure technologies. You will lead our DevOps initiatives shaping our software delivery practices and driving innovative solutions for seamless secure and scalable cloud infrastructure deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive a comprehensive DevOps strategy overseeing the design implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Architect cloud solutions on Azure to ensure secure scalable and efficient deployment leveraging infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps implementing automation integration and security measures throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Embed security best practices into the development lifecycle implementing security scans vulnerability assessments and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Define strategies for containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to streamline application deployment and manage scalability effectively.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing cuttingedge DevOps practices tools and technologies enhancing efficiency security and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to foster a culture of DevSecOps excellence providing expert guidance on secure coding practices cloud security and DevOps methodologies.
• Ensure cloudbased applications networks and infrastructure adhere to rigorous security standards compliance regulations and industry best practices.
• Lead incident response efforts performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures to continuously improve security and operational aspects of the DevOps environment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends emerging security threats and cloud technologies sharing insights through thought leadership and knowledgesharing sessions.

Qualifications:

• 710 years of experience in DevOps with a strong background in cloud computing specifically with Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell Python Bash or Groovy.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Solid understanding of networking and security principles in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and branching strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer or other vendorspecific certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms other than Azure (e.g. AWS GCP Oracle Cloud).
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills strong teamoriented attitude and a proactive and detailoriented nature.
