Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and direct projects ranging from $2M to $8M ensuring successful completion with a keen focus on quality delivery and profitability. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning scheduling and managing project teams to meet project goals within Hermanson Companys policies and ethical standards.
Additionally the Senior Project Manager will oversee employee training and development collaborate with other departments or group managers to achieve strategic company objectives and uphold worldclass customer service standards while fostering strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Project Manager position will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry with direct exposure to Project Manager duties.
- A proven track record of exceptional customer relations and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical system operations.
- Proficiency in teamwork and collaboration.
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with online navigation.
- Strong mathematical communication and reasoning skills along with robust business acumen.
- A Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field. Candidates with equivalent experience demonstrating proficiency in Project Manager duties will also be considered.
