Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and revise programs based on assessment results.
Utilize Captivate and Moodle training software to create engaging and interactive training materials.
Deliver training sessions effectively both inperson and virtually ensuring maximum engagement and knowledge retention.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure training materials are accurate and uptodate with relevant laws and regulations.
Generate accurate reports and materials within short deadlines demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning and organizing to development and implementation ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Indepth knowledge of local state and national laws rules regulations and policies relevant to Immunization services/programs.
Proven ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and revise training based on evaluation results.
Proficiency in Captivate and Moodle training software.
