Job Description
Position: IT Tech Support
Location: Plover WI
Rate: $15/hr W2$17/hr on w2
Duration: 1 year
Note: Resource will be working at Plover WI client plant working 3 days and then the other 2 days a week will be at Markesan WI location. Going to Markesan will only last until the end of September. After that they will working only from Plover WI. Plover and Markesan are about 1 hour 20 minutes away from each other.
The first is the most important skill we are looking for.
- Level 1 2 3 Windows OS support experience.
- Microsoft Windows 10 11 support experience.
- Printer problems troubleshooting.
- Basic Network concepts knowledge like whats a switch firewall routers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Computer Imaging concepts.
- Organized responsible friendly. Job requires interacting with many people every day.
- Able to lift 40lb.
- Our location has a large footprint a lot of walking is required.
- Handheld scanners / Vehicle Mounted scanners troubleshoot experience.
