Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the organization. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Lead sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitors activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles methods practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Experience in market research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (if required).
