• Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Industrial Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.
• Expertise in using design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar software.
• Demonstrated understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research create user personas and develop user journey maps.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools like InVision Axure or Proto.io.
• Strong knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript for frontend design implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product management and engineering teams.
• Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user needs.
• Experience with A/B testing and datadriven design decisions.
• Uptodate knowledge of design trends techniques and tools.
