SAP Consultant

• Provide remote support and guidance to clients in the Biotech Pharma Clinical Research Healthcare and Medical Devices industries.
• Implement configure customize and maintain SAP and Veeva software solutions according to client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Assist in the design development and implementation of SAP and Veeva modules including but not limited to Sales & Distribution Material Management Quality Management and CRM.
• Conduct system testing troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure smooth functioning of SAP and Veeva applications.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to educate endusers on system functionalities and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in SAP software and Veeva software.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP modules such as SD MM QM and CRM.
• Strong understanding of Veeva software solutions particularly in the context of the Life Sciences industry.
• Experience working with clients in the Biotech Pharma Clinical Research Healthcare or Medical Devices sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proven problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• At least 23 hours of support per day (Remotely).
• This is a remote position with preference given to candidates based in Hyderabad Telangana IN.
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
