Overview:
The ServiceNow HRSD Tech Lead plays a pivotal role in our organization overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. This position is crucial in ensuring that our HR processes are efficiently automated and aligned with best practices ultimately contributing to a streamlined and effective HR service delivery framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions to optimize HR service delivery processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including system specifications design artifacts and test plans
- Participate in project planning resource allocation and timeline management
- Configure customize and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules and associated integrations
- Identify and resolve technical issues ensuring the stability and performance of the HRSD platform
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests and new feature development
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging ServiceNow technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) credentials
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration
- Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD including core HR case and knowledge management
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams with strong project management skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and its application to HR service management
- Excellent problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving continuous improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a customercentric mindset
