Data Governance and Management:
- Collaborate with key teams (CMD, VMD, LDO & Reference Data) to validate and approve all types of master data requests efficiently.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective and secure data management practices.
- Design and implement strategies to ensure the quality, accuracy, and legitimacy of data collection.
Data Integrity and Resolution:
- Work with business units to identify and resolve master data inconsistencies in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of customer and vendor data across all systems.
- Ensure timely data replication across relevant systems.
System Management and Improvement:
- Operate and manage established systems for internal data management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend system enhancements.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate clear and effective communication of any process or data changes across internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Master Data Manager and Business Analyst to develop tools for efficient data management and improved accuracy.
Data Analysis and Problem-solving:
- Analyze existing customer and vendor data for inconsistencies and propose solutions for improvement.
- Participate actively in integration projects involving customer, vendor master data, and reference data changes.
Data Quality Management:
- Perform data cleansing activities for customer and vendor master data to improve data accuracy and eliminate outdated or irrelevant information.
