Team Assistant 1 year contract

A leading international law firm with global office locations are currently looking for an Assistant for their Berlin office!

Tasks

In this role your tasks promised to be varied and you will have the opportunity to work independently and proactively supporting 23 Partners. Your daily tasks will involve but not be limited to the following:

Emails & correspondence in German & English

Filing

Diary Managing

Meeting Management

Travel Planning & expenses

Project Support

Requirements

My client is looking for a candidate with a service orientated background either with hospitality or office based education. Ideally first experience in an office environment should be present. Other requirements include:

Fluent English/German (written & spoken C1/C1 level)

First class MS Office skills

Excellent Organisational skills
