Tasks
- Teamuntersttzung: Terminplanung Kalenderverwaltung Reisebuchung Broorganisation
- Broverwaltung: Bestellung von Bromaterial Veranstaltungsorganisation Kommunikation mit externen Partnern
- Kommunikation: Erster Ansprechpartner fr Anrufe EMails Besucher
- Dokumentenverwaltung: Erstellung und Verwaltung interner Dokumente
- Projektkoordination: Untersttzung des DealTeams bei Projektorganisation und verfolgung
- Untersttzung des Directors bei lokalen Broinitiativen
Requirements
- Starke serviceorientierte Denkweise
- Selbststndigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Organisiert und kommunikativ
- Detailorientiert und innovativ
- Teamfhigkeit und Flieend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung im Immobilien/PrivateEquity/InvestmentbankingBereich von Vorteil aber Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls sehr willkommen.
