Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AWS solutions focusing on architecture and implementation leveraging 10 years of AWS experience and certification.
• Administer AWS infrastructure including compute network and storage resources ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Engineer storage and network solutions meeting performance requirements and data center connectivity needs.
• Develop Linux and Ansible scripts for system configurations deploying security patches on RedHat Linux Operating Systems.
• Configure core services like DNS LDAP and mail and deploy managed services such as RDS/Aurora and Kinesis/Kafka in AWS.
• Orchestrate container deployment using ECS EKS and Docker and implement monitoring and reporting solutions.
• Investigate and address latency issues network packet drops and system performance ensuring infrastructure security and addressing vulnerabilities.
• Participate in Risk Assessment reviews implement highly available and faulttolerant solutions and manage disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain network diagrams system installation configurations support procedures and runbooks.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in AWS architecture VMWare Citrix GCP and integration between AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with Azure is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash PowerShell Java Shell and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins EF).
• Strong understanding of networking security (IAM Security Groups) database concepts and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in software engineering or infrastructure engineering with a focus on AWS.
• Experience in several of the following areas in AWS: database ETL business intelligence big data.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch AWS Config and other tools to ensure the health and performance of AWS resources as well as troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Familiarity with opensource technologies monitoring tools and automation frameworks.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with AWS services like S3 EC2 VPC Lambda Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK) B11ROSA (OpenShift).

Required Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional (Preferred)
• Additional AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are advantageous.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience with low/no code platforms (Salesforce PowerApps) and integration platforms (IBM ACE MuleSoft).
• Knowledge of traditional and modern technologies and platforms such as Java NoSQL databases REST API Git JavaScript etc.
• Understanding of operating systems networking storage and other infrastructure technologies and concepts.
• Proficiency in languages like Ruby bash/shell and working knowledge of Containers (ECS/EKS/Fargate) are advantageous.
• Support practices like Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment Test Automation Build Automation and TestDriven Development to enable the rapid delivery of working code utilizing tools like Jenkins Nexus Terraform Git and Docker.
