Your Role:

In your position as a Crew Leader you will assume the responsibility of leading your team and overseeing the installation of top quality composite decks. As a Crew Leader your main duties include communicating the schedule with your team effectively reading building plans successfully installing deck projects and communicating project updates to customers.

Advanced problemsolving skills are a daily requirement for this role and successful individuals in this position demonstrate a proactive and decisive approach to decision making drawing from their experience to swiftly address issues and propel projects forward.

As a Crew Leader you will lead by example and serve as the driving force behind the achievement of deck construction goals. Your role not only involves managing the construction process but also upholding the company s core values and being a positive representation of these values.

As a Crew Leader you will familiarize yourself with the software and processes implemented to facilitate the construction of decks at a high level. This includes using tools such as Spreadsheets BuilderTrend Slack and other relevant software programs.

As a Crew Leader you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of multiple projects each month. Your ability to manage resources effectively solve problems and maintain open lines of communication with both the construction team and customers will contribute to the overall success and reputation of the company.

Requirements

What We Ask:

Clearances: Successfully pass a background check and driver check.
Transportation: Possess reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability.
Experience and Skills: Have experience in fast past problem solving and leadership environments with a focus on constructionrelated work. Experience building decks framing knowledge of building code is required.
