Claims Contract Attorney

This is a remote position.

• Analyzing claim documents
  
• Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel
  
• Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel
  
• Receiving training direction and oversight from project directors project managers project coordinators and/or other project team members
  
• High level of customer service is expected to be provided to both internal and external clients
  

Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
  
• Litigation experience preferred
  
• Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask
  
• Flexibility
  
• Customer service approach
