Your Path to Success:

Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract
Shift: Mon Fri 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite Bogota
Salary: 1200 to 1800 USD


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in management business finance or equivalent obtained within a 4year program.
  • 2 years of work experience in professional services or a comparable field required.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint with a strong foundational knowledge.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong quantitative analytics skills including experience in developing simple models and evaluating basic financial performance.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for mastering PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a knack for conveying clarity of thought.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective crossfunctional work abilities recognized as a concise composed and clear speaker by colleagues.
  • Proactive ownership and problemsolving skills comfortable with full task ownership and independent drive to conclusion.
  • Proficiency in qualitative analytics capable of expressing complex ideas simply.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and systems.
  • Ability to deliver output on tight timelines and effectively prioritize tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize real estate databases and public websites to identify and present potential buildings for our platform to the REPP sales team.
  • Develop an outreach strategy for all prioritized assets utilizing public websites (e.g. LinkedIn) to identify the appropriate building owners for our Sales team to contact.
  • Project manage outreach strategy to support our Sales team members with organization and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage our CRM tool (Hubspot) for the Sales team members you support.
  • Serve as the liaison between our Sales and Feasibility teams to ensure accurate & timely flow of deal data.
  • Assist with structuring and executing discrete projects to drive deal volume and improve internal processes including underwriting and property performance comparisons and thorough research of priority markets and buildings.
  • Plan and prioritize projects quarterly and measure project success at the campaigns end.
  • Partner with the Sales team to construct highquality decks detailing underwriting and perspectives on deals.
  • Research structure and assist with building highquality externalfacing general sales collateral in PowerPoint supporting sales goals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Placemakr strategy and internal operations to support the creation of externalfacing materials.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
