Role Overview:

As a French Online Banking B2B Advisor youll provide comprehensive and highquality assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses by handling level 1 customer inquiries over the phone. Youll ensure timely followup on customer requests maintain commitments and collaborate closely with internal teams offering suggestions to optimize our internal processes. Handling both inbound and outbound calls as well as backoffice tasks will be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and manage cases and tasks from our main queue chat and email: Youll be responsible for promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries and requests received through various channels including our main queue chat platform and email system.
  • Respond to customer questions: Youll deliver accurate and timely responses to customer queries ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints: In instances of customer complaints youll actively listen to their concerns empathize with their situation and work towards finding suitable resolutions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Native proficiency in French
  • B2 proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the banking/financial sector (preferred)
  • Formal speech and excellent writing skills (mandatory)
