Inside Sales Executive (Kannada)
Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the organization by proactively selling products or services via phone email and web presentations. The position involves building and maintaining customer relationships identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets predominantly within the Kannadaspeaking market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote products or services to meet sales targets.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track leads and opportunities.
- Research and identify potential leads and new markets.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Kannada with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
