Overview:
The Executive Assistant CEO plays a crucial role in providing highlevel administrative support to senior partners within the financial company. This role involves managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling confidential information contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the senior partners responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars and schedules for CEO
- Arrange and prioritize meetings conference calls and appointments
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Assist in preparing presentations reports and financial documents
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide general administrative support and act as a gatekeeper for the senior partners
- Perform research and compile data as needed
- Assist in organizing and executing highlevel company events and functions
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications and correspondence
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
