The Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Consultant to join the thriving London office. As a candidate you should bring a strong background in sourcing candidates within the IT sector. In this role you will serve as a delivery consultant for the business owners managing around 4 roles per week with a focus on positions starting from 90000k. Expect regular trips across Europe to visit clients with a minimum frequency of once per quarter targeting the DACH regions across various IT technologies.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of Delivery executive search recruitment experience within any IT Sector
  
• Proven track record of career success with previous placements
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
  
• Selfmanagement skills for hybrid working.
  
• Proficiency in data research and market analysis
  
• Openness to researchers within executive search firms
  
• German speaking skills desirable
