UIUX Designer

Amega Group is seeking to hire a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our mission of creating usercentric solutions. We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our crossfunctional teams in designing and refining user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design: Create visually captivating and intuitive designs for various elements and pages across both mobile and web platforms

• User Experience Design: Develop and enhance user journeys streamline navigation and optimise overall usability ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that illustrate design concepts and user flows. Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly

• User Research: Utilise insights from user research to guide design decisions incorporating feedback into the iterative design process

• Visual Branding: Define brand guidelines and ensure consistency and adherence to colour schemes typography and visual elements across the platform

• Mobile Responsiveness: Create UI/UX solutions that are mobilefriendly and responsive ensuring optimal experiences on various devices and screen sizes

• A/B Testing and Analysis: Collaborate in A/B testing of design elements and user flows to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhanced conversion rates

• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and marketers to understand requirements and align design solutions with business goals

• Effective Communication: Present and communicate your work and recommendations to the wider organization

• Digital Design: Craft engaging graphics banners and promotional materials for our platform and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Product or UX/UI designer roles focusing on mobile and web applications for consumers

• Experience within the B2C sector with a preference for fintech experience

• A solid background in content design

• Familiarity with test and iterate approaches through usability studies and earlystage UX research

• Proficiency in modern design systems prototyping software and design tools. (We prefer expertise in Figma)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Adaptive thinking and the ability to pivot based on new data or shifting priorities

• Familiarity with the Atlassian software suite (Jira & Confluence) is desirable

• Excellent writing and presentation skills. Fluency in English (mandatory) and Russian (desirable)

• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your design expertise is mandatory
