Job Summary:

As the Settlement Lead at Hugo Bank you will be a key figure in establishing and managing the daytoday operations crucial to our success. Your role will not only focus on overseeing operational efficiency and process optimization but also on ensuring regulatory compliance and the seamless integration of technology with banking services. The absence of this role could lead to operational disarray inefficiencies compliance risks and ultimately affect our market positioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee the operational framework of Hugo Bank ensuring all processes are efficient compliant and customercentric.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and maintain competitive advantage in Pakistans digital banking sector.
• Lead the integration of cuttingedge technology solutions to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements staying ahead of changes in the banking landscape.
• Address operational gaps promptly to avoid customer dissatisfaction increased costs and market entry delays.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to market demands.
• Drive operational agility to adapt to market changes and customer needs quickly.
• Lead mentor and develop a highperforming operations team capable of handling complex banking processes.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration or related field. Relevant professional certifications are desirable.
• At least 7 years of experience in operations within the banking or financial services sector with a strong emphasis on digital banking.
• Proven track record in operational management process optimization and regulatory compliance.
• Indepth understanding of the digital banking landscape especially in Pakistan.
• Exceptional leadership and teambuilding skills.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
