Your Job

This role entails training and guiding customers in effectively utilizing the service managing a dedicated customer portfolio and actively listening to and addressing customer needs.

• Lead project management and ensure smooth onboarding processes (from contract signing through the 30day trial period to handover to Customer Success Managers).
• Generate detailed progress reports to highlight product performance at publishers and produce tracking reports.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (sales integration CSM) to ensure the success of each onboarding demonstrating proactive communication and problemsolving skills.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients until the adoption of Sparteos solutions.
• Facilitate a seamless transition to Customer Success Managers upon successful completion of the trial period.

Your profile for this job

• Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills (Proficiency in French along with full proficiency in English (C1 level required) plus if spanish or Italian)

• You have a strong customer orientation with a commitment to ensuring longterm customer satisfaction and success.

• You demonstrate autonomy and effective collaboration with internal and external teams

• Effective listening and learning capacity is mandatory

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a very fast changing environment

• Demonstrate appetite to understand a situation indepth finding the underlying issue and resolving it
