As a Business Consultant (f/m/d) you strengthen our interdisciplinary Health Governance & Consulting team with your ability to quickly analyse different health insurance markets and business models and manage Health business related Allianz group governance processes end to end. You will support in direction setting for Allianz Health insurance segment and engage with local teams worldwide to ensure advancements in technical excellence.

Tasks

• Analyze different Health insurance markets recent trends in Health insurance as well as growth and profitability drivers.
• Understand Health insurance business models and products across all global markets in which Allianz operates.
• Support ADH subject matter experts in assessing the level of technical maturity in core insurance processes and in fostering technical excellence in selected entities.
• Drive the implementation of regulatory or Allianz Group guidelines (e.g. with regards to sustainability) in Health entities
• Manage selected governance processes endtoend including alignment with various Allianz Group functions and coordination of ADH internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Masters degree in business economics mathematics or engineering.
• 2 years of working experience (working experience in business consulting is a plus).
• Ideally experience in Health insurance or in managing corporate processes.
• Curious and eager to learn about different Health insurance markets.
• Highly structured approach and strong problemsolving skills.
• High degree of selforganization willingness to take ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics paired with a handson attitude.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
