Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience in developing and implementing human capital strategies and projects.
Deep knowledge of project management concepts and tools such as PMBOK or Prince2.
The ability to analyze the company's needs and identify appropriate strategic projects to meet those needs.
Communication and negotiation skills to interact with work teams and stakeholders.
