Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sitecore resource to join our L2 Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering comprehensive support for live client websites across various brands utilizing both Headless and Sitecore 9.3 standard platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Sitecore CMS including configuration customization and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Headless CMS concepts and implementation.
- Experience with Sitecore XP and Sitecore JSS (JavaScript Services).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud services including Azure App Service Azure SQL Database and Azure Monitor.
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and .NET framework.
- Sitecore Certified 8.2 or above is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complete support for live client websites ensuring seamless operation on both Headless and Sitecore 9.3 standard platforms.
- Handle P1 issues with urgency and execute mitigation procedures promptly to minimize impact on client operations.
- Collaborate closely with the L3 team to efficiently resolve issues fostering a teamworkoriented approach to issue resolution.
- Engage with external teams as necessary to facilitate effective issue resolution maintaining seamless coordination and communication.
- Take ownership of managing the L2 team including task and ticket assignment while providing guidance on resolution procedures.
- Possess knowledge of Azure Cloud to provide infrastructure support when required ensuring stability and optimal performance of supported websites.
- Address bug fixes and conduct thorough log analysis to identify and rectify issues within the website framework.
- Implement a proactive approach to monitoring sites managing alerts and taking preventative measures to uphold the overall health of the websites.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle P1 issues with urgency.
