Job Title: Corporate Training Marketing Professional

Position: (Two)

Location: Nairobi Kenya

Job Purpose: As a Corporate Training Marketing Professional you will be responsible for marketing our inperson training courses to potential clients in the East African region. The majority of your work will involve telephone marketing to engage with highly regarded organizations and promote our training offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and marketing with a strong emphasis on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct telephone marketing campaigns to promote corporate training courses to potential clients in Kenya Uganda Tanzania Rwanda Zambia and Malawi.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within target organizations.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our training programs.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales pitches and marketing materials.
  5. Provide feedback on market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B corporate training marketing and sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Passionate about sales and marketing with a creative and innovative approach to generating leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a pleasant telephone voice and demeanor.
  • Highly selfconfident organized and detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Critical thinker with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
