Job Description
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive management to define the company's robotics and automation strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives, and ensuring continuous innovation and improvement.
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of robotics and automation projects, including scoping and procurement, planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk management, and timely and safe project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of robotics and automation professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
