Hello Guys
Role: Mainframe in the BEAM support
Location: Plano TX (day one onsite and 24/7 rotational shift)
Client: Freddie Mac
Rate: $50/hr on c2c
visa: No H1B CPT TN and OPT

- Candidate should have experience with production application support.
58 years of level two IBM Mainframe support experience. - Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill on :
Job output
- Knowledge of SARP SARRR IOF
- Error Message and Error Codes validation
Job Trac
- Valid Return codes for Job Steps and overall Job
- Validate for standalone Jobs or those on Schedule
- Iterative vs Scheduled Job
- Triggered Jobs
- Job Codes issues and escalation to fix
- Must possess knowledge of Linux Windows and AWSdeployed infrastructure and applications.
- Well versed in incident and change management process
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Basic database skills including SQL and Oracle
- Must possess multiapplication experience particularly in the banking industry or with financial institutions.
