Job Description
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with new and existing customers through the opportunity pipeline process.
- Liaise closely with the sales support structure to implement and develop new customer accounts.
- To implement and support all commercial deals with existing and new customers, as instructed by the Sales Director.
- Manage monthly and quarterly account portfolio sales forecast to identify risks and opportunities against plan and propose and implement any remedial actions required, and log to CRM .
Establish and maintain a quarterly sales journey cycle meeting agreed standards of customer call frequency and sales activity, recording this via CRM .
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activity (input) and sales performance (output) against targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
