To be able to do this we need to quality assure our projects We are therefore igniting an entirely new team within quality logistics. In this role you will make sure that Polestar projects are qualitatively aligned with our sustainabilitythinking and our goals.

This position is located at our site in Mira UK.

What youll do

Representing Quality in Polestar Projects contains working with quality management this role will include everything from quality planning assurance controlling preventing and improving the product and process quality during the development phase in our projects.

With your devotion you will ensure and secure that the deliverables are met by having the opportunity to create and perform a quality plan together with the project teams. Youll thrive in being the customer representative and preventing quality issues through for example risk management. This you will do by consistently collaborate with your project team to secure the product in the process.

Key tasks will be to:

• Support the program team with assessing and executing on the related quality deliverables in the quality plan for the program.
• Be Responsible for Lead and secure the quality targets of the program to secure that relevant actions are taken to close gaps to target.
• To drive lessons learnt on the product.
• Lead and support in Milestone and its deliverables preparation work.
• Attend program meetings both Technical management meetings.
• Represent Quality in Product various product review meetings.
• Attend program meetings related to builds and quality of the product.
• Lead and drive quality related assessments and reviews during the whole development phases of the vehicles and its service connected

Further on we believe you to have:

• Proven Quality Experience or equal quality education preferable Six Sigma Black belt
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Knowledge of DFA DFMEAFMEA PPAP APQP
• Experience in vehicle development logic from a technical level
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and 21434 is beneficial
• Since this role has a global focus and responsibility you need to be ready to travel in your role and its of great importance.
