About the role

As the Head of Project Management within Product & Technology youll lead strategic projects from idea to market launch overseeing the project management team. Your role involves orchestrating the project management of our product development portfolio while refining tools and methodologies.

Leading by example youll manage highpriority projects autonomously ensuring alignment with strategic goals timelines and budgets. Your handson approach will coordinate activities among multiple crossfunctional teams from hardware and software to legal and marketing.

Guiding mentoring and nurturing a team of project managers will be central to your responsibilities. Youll conduct performance reviews design clear career development paths and facilitate resource allocation for your teams success. Additionally youll oversee the project portfolio monitoring progress dependencies and resource allocation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Your engagement with stakeholders will be key providing comprehensive progress reports risk assessments timely issue resolution and escalation when needed. Furthermore youll drive the development and implementation of project management methodologies blending agile practices with efficient management suited to our dynamic forwardthinking environment.

This role involves some travel.

What we would like you to have

• You graduated from a bachelors or masters degree in business engineering science or any other related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in technical product development environments.
• Demonstrates adept leadership skills fostering motivation and guidance for teams to accomplish strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Extensive seniorlevel experience in project management ideally including leadership responsibilities overseeing project managers.
• Understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) and modern product development practises. Experience in developing and implementing project management processes and tools.
• It is a plus if you gained experience from both hardware and software development.
