We have the perfect role for you in our Inside Sales team! Working in a fast paced target driven environment our Inside Sales Team are the front line of our sales operation and are responsible for generating leads and opportunities to acquire new clients.

About the Role

You will work as a lead generator to generate opportunities through cold calling linkedin campaigns from marketing and professional networks.

We work with a diverse range of industries and your main focus will be establishing a need within our target client base highlighting USPs and making appointments to be passed over to close.

B2B sales experience is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate meetings to pass to a BDM to close
  • Provided leads that include all relevant and up to date information for each prospect
  • Training and support provided access to the academy training portal case studies testimonials marketing material and sector specific guidelines in order to increase your knowledge and generate business
  • Occasional hot inbound leads to qualify paid at the same rate as outbound leads
  • Training provided to ensure you follow the Visiativ sales process and call quality structure
  • Ensure KPIs are met
  • Use of our CRM system to ensure all administration for each lead is up to date and shared with your close.

About you

  • B2B sales experience
  • Highly motivated
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify client needs
  • IT literate Mac users preferable
  • Good verbal and written presentation skills
  • Commercially astute
  • Resilient with a positive attitude
  • Use of Salesforce preferable
