As our Rider Acquisition and Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic 3pl partnerships and scaling the fleet as per country needs while ensuring 100% legal compliance.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Scale up the fleet while ensuring 100% compliance
- Develop and implement best practices for rider acquisition via various acquisition & marketing channels.
- Achieving monthly hiring targets which align with the country supply plan
- Develop a strong community within the local rider management teams, to ensure the quality of standards, experience, and adherence to regional and local processes.
- Build, maintain and partially own strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.
- Develop the infrastructure, technology, and processes required for large-scale onboarding of riders.
- Create the right incentives and/or penalties for 3rd parties to achieve their hiring targets
- Be the voice of the 3rd party to Talabat: Listen to the challenges and find solutions within the internal team.
