Job Description
- Processing of commercial and legal contractual terms with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, inter alia through contribution in proceedings
- Coordination with CF Taxes and other corporate departments, concerning tax requirements and legal business forms.
- Proper assignment and monitoring of costs (e. g. actual costs accumulation, non-conformity costs)
- Completion of currency-hedging measures and insurances and also arranging Bank Guarantees in Project
- Request and monitoring of the advanced and interim payments according to the agreed payment schedule and the respective invoicing
- Monitoring of incoming receivables
