Tasks
responsible for supervising 2530 electricians mechanics/technicians in a nonunion heavy manufacturing 24/7 operation
will develop preventative maintenance programs oversee installation of new equipment and will do reviews handle disciplinary actions for the team
Requirements
5 years maintenance leadership of at least 510 employees
