Java Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing implementing and maintaining Java applications
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
• Performing code reviews unit testing and continuous integration
• Troubleshooting and debugging software issues
• Developing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participating in requirement analysis and feasibility discussions
• Writing clean maintainable code following best practices
• Integrating with external systems and services
• Documenting software specifications and training users
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contributing to the improvement of development processes
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies
• Estimating and planning development tasks
• Participating in technical discussions and providing innovative solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or relevant position
• Strong understanding of objectoriented programming concepts
• Handson experience with Java J2EE and associated frameworks (e.g. Spring Hibernate)
• Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with database design SQL and ORM frameworks
• Knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with continuous integration and version control tools
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Critical thinker and detailoriented professional
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Experience with unit testing and testdriven development
• Strong understanding of security principles and compliance
