Job Description
**Job Description: Stores InCharge**
Company: Kisaan Steels Ghaziabad
Location:** Ghaziabad / Sikandarabad
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daytoday operations of the companys inventory and stock management.
2. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels incoming and outgoing shipments and stock movements.
3. Ensure efficient utilization of storage space and organize the layout of the storage facility.
4. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and optimize stock levels.
5. Supervise the receipt inspection and storage of incoming materials and products.
6. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses damages and discrepancies.
7. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
8. Prepare reports on inventory status consumption patterns and stock movements for management review.
9. Train and supervise storekeeping staff to ensure adherence to established procedures and safety guidelines.
10. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to inventory management and stock availability.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a stores incharge or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles procedures and software systems.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external suppliers.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records and conducting stock audits.
8. Flexibility to work in Ghaziabad or Sikandarabad locations as required.
