Job Description
From Footwear/Accessories Background
Store Manager Min 0203 years of experience in retail /FMCG (outlet sales)/Food & beverages (outlet sales). Must have understanding of the role and business acumen handling/handled sales & operations in the current/previous role with a team of min. 34 people. Acting SM/ASM can be considered for SM role. Age should not be more than 30 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures cash handling and security protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed store targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Recruit train and supervise store staff including scheduling performance management and employee development.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
