Job Description
- Develop and own the technical and user experience roadmap for the Talent Academy Learner Record system - to deliver a great user experience.
- Continuously review and look for opportunities to improve and develop the system; investigating and rolling out new functionality where appropriate, working with technology, information management and other stakeholders to bring this to fruition.
- In conjunction with the Talent Academy Management team establish a clear communication strategy to ensure NEOM training providers have a clear understanding and knowledge of the Individual Learning record system.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and research in data analytics, systems design, use of AI and other relevant methodologies, to ensure that the ILR supports these approaches where applicable.
