Research Scientist

Our client is seeking a talented Research Scientist to lead the design coordination execution and monitoring of research studies crucial for the development and evaluation of large language models (LLM). As a pivotal member of the team you will collaborate with Data Scientists Product Managers Engineers and other stakeholders to shape and implement groundbreaking research initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Utilize a diverse skill set in survey and experimental design machine learning statistical analysis and programming.

Drive impactful customerfacing experiences through compelling oral written and visual presentations of research findings.

Key Qualifications:

Profound understanding of machine learning principles.

Proficiency in Python R or equivalent tools for data analysis with experience in SQL.

Expertise in survey/experiment design and methodology.

Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute a research agenda by selecting impactful problems and driving projects forward.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling effective collaboration across internal and external teams.

Education:

PhD or Masters degree (PhD preferred) in Psychology Behavioral Science/Economics Cognitive Science Computer Science Machine Learning Statistics Social Science HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
