Tasks

Your Mission:

• Keep our computer hardware in peak condition ensuring everything operates seamlessly.
• Provide topnotch technical support whether its over the phone via email or facetoface.
• Configure and set up operating systems based on our specific needs because customization is everything.
• Tackle any software and hardware issues that come your way with the aim of minimal downtime.
• Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of peripherals keeping our gear in perfect working order.
• Update and manage software applications because staying current is crucial.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team:

• Solid understanding of how computer systems networks and peripherals work together.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) because versatility is key.
• Experience with MDM solutions like Miradore and Samsung Knox plus administering Microsoft O365 services.
• The ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware issues like a pro.
• A foundational knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP DHCP DNS so you know how the digital world ticks.
