Job Description:
The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing largescale projects ensuring they adhere to technical requirements budgets and timeframes. This role demands a seasoned professional with strong engineering skills project management competencies and the ability to cultivate major client connections.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hydrological and hydraulic studies; produce evaluate and approve technical documents such as reports proposals and design drawings.
- Lead and supervise civil engineering projects related to municipal infrastructure land development and stormwater management.
- Create strategic project plans manage resources for effective execution and ensure projects adhere to all federal state and local standards.
- As the principal point of contact for key clients you will manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Actively seek fresh project leads and chances for collaboration.
- Encourage sustainability and resilience in project design and implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering or a closely related subject.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the capacity to become licensed within 6 months.
- Proficiency with necessary computer modeling software.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- A valid drivers license and a dependable car for frequent trips to project sites and client meetings.
- 7 years of expertise in civil engineering with a strong emphasis on project management and client relations.
