Job Title: Sales Intern/ Associate

Location: San Francisco Bay Area U.S.

Pay Rate: $ 45k yearly

Role Summary: Client Partner Associate is a team player role where you are responsible for the growth of the account(s) P&L responsibilities. You will work along with the delivery teams to achieve the engagement objectives. Client satisfaction will be your primary goal Understanding clients requirements managing their expectations providing the best solution available to their satisfactions upsell and crosssell MatchPoint services.

Desired Skills:

  • Global IT Delivery Model Process tools and methodologies
  • Ability to manage and interact with senior leaders and executives.
  • Good knowledge of the latest technology trends and ability to strike good conversation on current affairs.
  • Work with client and MPS teams across different geographies.
  • Willing to meet people in person host client events and travel to various client and MPS locations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Account management P&L management
  • Relationship with clients business and procurement/vendor leaders
  • Account planning and strategy creation
  • Consistent track record of achieving account targets.
  • Manage Contracts and ensure invoices and payments.
  • Create rigor of periodic review pipeline opportunity closure value additions and proactive proposals
  • Articulate clients need and accounts vision
  • Creating proposals and RFXs Consulting clients.
  • Ability to understand clients business.
  • Solve clients issues and manage their expectations.
  • Problem Solving Attitude & create solutions.
  • Independently manage the first level discussion on engagement model pricing scope and timelines
