Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data architecture principles data governance data security and data integration concepts. Familiarity with latest technologies (e.g. MS Fsbric) is a plus.

HR Domain Knowledge: Working knowledge of common HR data types processes and analytics use cases is preferred.

Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical audiences senior leaders across HR and Engineering organizations.

Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify roadblocks navigate challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Goal 1

Enable data owners and data consumers a decentralized selfservice platform that provides reliable and highquality data at scale catering to the complex and varied data requirements of modern HR.

Role Description:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets for the design build and rollout of the decentralized data platform.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with data owners data consumers HR leadership MS Digital and CoE teams to define requirements align expectations and ensure the platform effectively addresses the needs of all stakeholders. Establish a clear communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of progress challenges and achievements. Prepare regular reports on key milestones and deliver updates to leadership and relevant teams.

Platform Implementation: Oversee the technical implementation of the platform including data integration governance protocols security measures and user interfaces.

Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs to facilitate user adoption of the selfservice platform empowering HR teams to work independently. Facilitates change management efforts and training programs for adoption.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle ensuring timely and successful completion.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform usage solicit feedback and drive ongoing optimization initiatives to enhance the platforms value and effectiveness.

Goal 2

Create a strategy and roadmap for our project to move HR Data to MS Fabric and build data governance leveraging Microsoft Purview.

Role Description:

Lead HR data migration to MS Fabric and data governance implementation by developing a comprehensive strategy.

Create detailed roadmap prioritizing key phases and milestones.

Collaborate with HR MSD and CoE teams to assess and understand the data landscape and create requirements.

Establish robust data governance framework with classifications and access controls using Microsoft Purview.

Identify and addresses potential risks associated with data migration.

Establish a clear communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of progress challenges and achievements.

Prepare regular reports on key milestones and deliver updates to leadership and relevant teams.

Facilitates change management efforts and training programs for adoption.

Ensures quality assurance for accurate and secure HR data migration.
