Working independently manage the receipt processing special handling of customer orders as well as new product launches and promotions in an efficient expeditious and qualityoriented manner.
Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of product sales and management of customer contacts to resolve issues and provide value added service for both external and internal customers.
Sales Order and Service Management.
Ensure proper receipt validation and entry of customer orders received by EDI fax mail or phone.
Respond to incoming calls emails and other inquiries to work with customers to resolve issues answer product pricing shipping questions backorders marketing promotions or other order/shipment related issues.
Experience:
Minimum Degree Required: Associates Degree (Community College MBO)
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a close team environment.
Must be able to work within a number of software applications including Microsoft.
Key dimensions include initiative resilience prioritization and organization time management ability to multitask and develop solutions.
Pharma knowledge a plus.
