Apprentice Assistant Property Manager
The Apprentice Assistant Property Manager will join a marketleading residential estate agency based in Low Fell Gateshead within our dedicated Lettings team. This fulltime role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in contributing to the effective management of an extensive portfolio of residential properties providing an accurate and efficient property management service.
Main Duties:
In this dynamic role your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing tenancy renewals and terminations
- Coordinating repair and maintenance works
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including uptodate gas safety certificates
- Preparing properties for new tenancies
- Conducting routine inspections
- Handling various other Property Management tasks as required
What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 2 Housing and Property Management Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
- 46 Weekly 121 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
