Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical customer support issues, inquiries, and escalations, especially in early-stage and evaluation engagements.
- Provide timely and efficient technical support and guidance to prospects and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring their understanding of the value and benefits of our system.
- Conduct compelling demonstrations of our system, showcasing how it addresses customer needs and requirements.
